Content

The content screen gives you a single, searchable, sortable list of all your questions and answers. You can easily do a bulk import if you already have FAQs as well as bulk export everything in CSV or HTML format. If you decide to stop using Answer Center you can export as HTML and then upload the html file to your site for a traditional FAQ page.


Content Detail

The content detail screen allows you to easily add,edit or delete your content. You can mark questions as inactive which will leave them in the system but they will not show up when customers search or browse. If you want content to go live on a specific date you can set the Start Date which automatically will make the content active on that day. If you want the content to expire you set the End Date which automatically marks the content as inactive on that day.


Statistics

The statistics screen lets you view analytic data regarding your FAQ system. From here you can see which categories are browsed the most, which answers were viewed by count and what terms were searched over any time period. This information gives you special insight into what your customers are thinking.


Charts

The charts screens gives you a more visual view of analytic data including which categories are being browsed. Total count of categories browsed, answers viewed, searches performed and questions submitted. The Views vs Submittals chart show the number of answers viewed vs the number of times the customer could not find an answer and ended up sending a message to your helpdesk.
