• Runs on our servers, nothing for you to install
• Browser based, you can add, edit or delete your content from your browser
• You control the content. No need to have a webmaster or IT department do anything when you want to add or change content
• Easily import content if you have it
• Easily export your content in either html or csv format
• You can include the full functionality on your own website with just 2 lines of code
• Your Answer Center page stays on your domain. For example the url to your page would be http://www.yourcompany.com/answers.html not http://yourcompany.sunbeamsoftware.com/answers.html

Powerful Search Algorithms

• Ranking: best results are returned first
• Stemming: if a customer searches on the word 'parent' content with 'parent','parents' and 'parenting' will all be found automatically
• Synonyms: if a customer searches on the word 'cost' content with 'cost' will show up as well as 'price' and other synonyms
• Keywords: if you think a customer might search on a word that is not in the content you can add multiple keywords to the content
• Enclosing the search in quotes will only bring back content with that exact phrase
• A + before a search term (e.g. +beta) will only return content with that term included
• A - before a search term (e.g. -beta) will not return content with that term included

Analytic Reports

• Which categories are browsed the most
• How many times an answer has been viewed
• What terms were searched on

Content Display

• The customer facing display is infinitely customizable
• All colors and sizes can be changed using css
• Snippets of the content with the search terms are displayed
• Search terms are highlighted in the returned content making it easy to see if it is relevant
• Last Updated date is returned with each result so users can see if the content is fresh
• As content is viewed by the customers the views are tallied. When customers browse they see the most viewed content first
